LIMITED LIFETIME WARRANTY — Elevate Imaging cartridges are guaranteed to be defect-free in both workmanship and materials for the lifetime of the cartridge. In the event a problem develops, contact the reseller from whom you purchased the cartridge to initiate a warranty claim for a free new replacement cartridge. This Limited Lifetime Warranty does not apply to cartridges which have been refilled or to those which are empty as a result of normal use. Our cartridges are also guaranteed not to cause damage or abnormal wear in any compatible printer for which the cartridge was originally designed. This Limited Lifetime Warranty covers all equipment used within the manufacturer’s specifications and does not include intentional damage or damage caused by misuse, improper or unauthorized repairs, floods, fires, earthquakes, explosions or other natural disasters. If an Elevate Imaging cartridge is documented by an authorized service provider to be the sole cause of damage or a defect to a compatible printer for which the cartridge was originally designed, contact the reseller from whom you purchased the cartridge to initiate a warranty claim for repair, replacement or reimbursement. This warranty is exclusive and in-lieu and any and all other warranties, express or implied.
